INCORRECT FINANCIAL PERIODS IN VIRRGIN ES

The International Tax Authority (ITA) is informing all Registered Agents that it is aware of issues related to previously approved financial period changes during the transition from Boss(es) to VIRRGIN ES platform. These concerns include incorrect financial periods being populated while attempting to make ES filings.
To ease the administrative burden of reapplying for previously approved periods, specifically those before 22 December 2025, the authority is actively working to update the relevant information within the portal.
To facilitate the necessary updates, we kindly ask that a copy of the final spreadsheet received from the ITA be provided, excluding any entities for which a new financial period alteration has already been requested and approved in VIRRGIN.
Include the company number for each entity along with the current financial period that should be displayed in VIRRGIN, formatted as follows (for example): Financial Period Start Date: 01/01/2025. Financial Period End Date: 31/12/2025.

As a reminder, this notification is specifically aimed at correcting alteration requests for financial periods approved by the ITA before 22 December, 2026, that have incorrect dates populated while attempting to file ES declarations.
