The International Tax Authority (“ITA”) is providing an update to the Industry following the transition to the Virtual Integrated Registry Regulatory General Information Network (“VIRRGIN”).
System users continue to experience various technical and system errors that are affecting the submission of declarations and financial period alterations. The most recent errors relate specifically to bulk filings and the submission of declarations for restored entities.
We continue to work with the developers and confirm that the application of late penalties continues to be suspended until these errors are addressed. Further notification will be provided on the resumption of penalties.
