PHISHING SCAM
Please be advised that we have identified a phishing scam involving at least one email address impersonating to be from the International Tax Authority (ITA).
The suspicious emails come from addresses that end with .vg.co. These emails may appear to be legitimate but are not authorized communications from the ITA.
We strongly encourage you to:
· Carefully review any emails claiming to be from the ITA
· Verify the sender’s email address before opening any links or attachments
· Avoid clicking links or downloading attachments from suspicious messages
· Report and block any suspected phishing emails in accordance with your organization’s security procedures
Your vigilance is essential in helping prevent potential security incidents. If you have already interacted with a suspicious email, please report it immediately to your IT or security team.
