Almost there! Fee Implementation Update
It’s been a while since we announced the new annual fee for Financial Institutions (FI’s) enrolled in the BVI Fars portal, however, we’re still on track for 2023.
Once the portal goes live, we will provide details about the process and options available for making payments.
For those FI’s already enrolled and are receiving our automatic reminder that the annual fee is due, continue to ignore this notification until our next update.
If you are not yet enrolled in the portal, as a reminder, all relevant entities with reporting obligations must enrol in the BVIFARs portal to satisfy their respective obligations concerning FATCA, CRS and CbCr.
We thank you for your patience as we work to make the new payment process as seamless as possible.
